Camil Mihăescu shared with the students his long-standing study of the transcendence of the spiral\, which mathematics describes as an infinite open curve\, with a hypothetical origin and a path based on the golden ratio: an irrational number at the core of our existence\, from the microcosm to the macrocosm. \nThe students were told how the works presented are a reformulation of earlier creations with the help of a rather special partner: artificial intelligence (AI). Through a photography session using a film camera\, the children experienced analog photography in real time and explored their own identity through the portraits they created. The discussions were facilitated by interpreter Angela Mate using Romanian Sign Language.
